Returns Policy
Orders are normally delivered within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment. However, in exceptionally busy times, particualry when a promotion is running, orders may take up to 14 days to ship.
Our returns policy is ‘We offer a no quibble 7 day return service which is subject to the item being returned to us at the buyers expense and in perfect condition in the original packaging that is fit for resale. Faulty items or items that do not meet the items description will be offered a replacement item at our expense within 30 days of us being notified. We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned to us in a suitable condition and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process refunds’ We may charge a 10% re stocking fee depending on the condition of the packaging of the returned item. This returns policy does not apply to clearance sale items which are sold as seen.
COURIER DAMAGE: In the unusual event of an item being damaged by our assigned courier company, it is essential you notify us immediately. We cannot make claims for damaged items unless we notify our courier within 48 hours of delivery.

By Miss Nicola McParland – Had this table now for a month and my little one loves it! She was so excited to sit down. Has been used for teddy tea parties, reading, jigsaws etc. The storage under the bench is great – my little one can get stuff easily herself and even better, can put it away! Design is great and comes fully assembled apart from the castors (which I have yet to put on so it will grow with my toddler) until about age 4 or so. Hope the company think about doing one for bigger kids!_

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch from our warehouse for a full refund with no charges.
Faulty Goods Policy
Wood is obviously a natural product and we have listed some examples below that will not be classed as faulty or defective. By purchasing from The Secret Play Company Ltd you are accepting the statements below.
1. Over time some expansion gaps may begin to appear within the furniture as it adjusts to the seasonal variations of humidity within a modern central heated home which can be very dry in the winter months. This is usually very minor but is perfectly natural. We recommend that the temperature is controlled in the room where the furniture is used for the first few months to allow it to adjust to the dryer air within a home more naturally and gradually.
2. We are more than happy to offer additional advice regarding how to care for your furniture.
3. Any spillages on the furniture should be wiped up immediately with a non-abrasive cloth.
If The Secret Play Company Ltd feels that it is impractical to replace a damaged or faulty furniture item we reserve the right to repair the furniture, offer a contribution towards a repair or to refund your order.
